Frequently Asked Questions...

1. How does pricing work?

  • Pricing is estimated on several factors: 
  • Time to complete the job based on round-trip from Park Ridge 
  • Additional charges for trip charge, materials, dump fees, oversized/weight fee, and hazards may also be added 
  • For a more detailed breakdown, refer to our Pricing page.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Cash, Zelle, check, or credit card through our payment link attached to your invoice.
  • Credit Card payments will automatically include a 2.5% processing fee

3. How far will we travel?

  • Although we are based out of Park Ridge, IL, we will travel upwards of 400+ miles or as agreed upon at time of booking (subject to availability)

4. What jobs are out of our scope of work?

  • We do not perform jobs that involve electrical, plumbing, roofing, or hazardous material cleanup (i.e. jobs that require special licenses/permits). However, we may be able to refer you to the right person for these jobs.

5. How big are your vans?

  • We have high roof cargo vans with ~6’x9.5’ cargo space. They allow us to be more flexible with maneuvering and parking. If needed, we can rent a larger truck for bigger jobs or send multiple vans/crews.
